When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not share your API key or account credentials with third parties.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

NovaTopup provides an API-based platform for Garena Free Fire diamond topup and prepaid PIN redeem services, currently operating in the Singapore (SG) and Malaysia (MY) regions.

The Service includes:

• RESTful API for automated topup and redeem operations
• Telegram bot integration for managing operations
• Dashboard for monitoring usage and transactions
• Support for multiple diamond packages and membership plans

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Payments can be made via Binance Pay or wallet balance. Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits, API rate limits, and feature access as described on our pricing page.

• Subscription durations and pricing are as listed at the time of purchase.
• Usage beyond your plan's limits may result in throttling or require an upgrade.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

We guarantee the uptime and functionality of the NovaTopup system itself. If there is a system-level issue on our end, we will work to resolve it promptly.

However, we do NOT guarantee:

• Garena service availability or uptime
• Validity of PINs purchased from third-party sellers
• Third-party service uptime (payment gateways, Telegram, etc.)
• Specific transaction completion times when delays are caused by external services

Our responsibility is limited to ensuring our platform functions correctly. Issues originating from Garena or other third-party services are outside our scope of guarantee.

We take security seriously. The following measures are in place to protect your data:

• Garena account credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored securely.
• Telegram bot tokens are encrypted at rest.
• API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
• We never share your credentials with third parties.

Despite these measures, you are responsible for keeping your own account credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure. Do not share them with anyone.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abusing the API by exceeding rate limits or attempting to bypass usage restrictions
• Automated scraping or data extraction beyond the scope of the provided API
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods or credentials
• Reselling access to the NovaTopup API itself to third parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All NovaTopup branding, logos, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of NovaTopup. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Free Fire and Garena are registered trademarks of Garena Online Pte. Ltd. NovaTopup is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Garena in any way. All references to Garena and Free Fire are for descriptive purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaTopup shall not be held liable for:

• Changes to Garena services, APIs, or pricing that affect topup or redeem operations
• Invalid or expired PINs obtained from third-party sellers
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways, Garena servers, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of profits or data resulting from service interruptions outside our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use.

• Upon termination, your access to the API and dashboard will be revoked immediately.
• Account data will be preserved for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• You may request a copy of your data within the 30-day preservation period.
• Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
